Of the change in non-consolidated subsidiaries and other equity investments, an amount of €19.6 million resulted from the inclusion of the shares in Italian dealer Emhilia Material Handling S.p.A. (formerly Moden Diesel S.p.A.) and LR Intralogistik GmbH in the consolidated financial statements of the KION Group in January 2016.
